Here’s how a typical new project goes:

1. When you call us to discuss your job, Robert Osborne will personally meet with you to consult about your ideas, expectations, needs, and to understand the scope of what you want to accomplish.
2. We will then gather whatever information we need to produce a very thorough, written estimate.
3. We will meet with you to review the estimate (or send it to you and discuss over the phone, depending on the scope of the project).
4. We will present you with a comprehensive contract outlining the scope of work and costs, and upon your signed approval, we will start the remodeling process.
5. If necessary, the first step will be for us to design and present you with architectural drawings for your new space.
6. At the start of the project, we will provide you with an anticipated timetable. If any dates cannot be met, we will be on top of the situation and will communicate with you throughout the process. We pride ourselves on staying on schedule.
7. Along the way, we will communicate with you about any decisions that need to be made—everything from products we (or you) need to purchase, wall color or coverings decisions, upgrades available, etc.
8. We will clean up after ourselves on the job.
9. Upon completion we will schedule a walk-through to be sure you are completely satisfied with the results.
